Marbella Gallery Weekend V : Fifth Edition Organized by MUAC

The Marbella Union of Contemporary Art Galleries (MUAC) will host the fifth edition of Marbella Gallery Weekend from Thursday, November 14, to Sunday, November 17, an event designed to showcase the city’s thriving contemporary art scene. Over these four days, Marbella becomes an artistic hub, offering the public a chance to discover innovative works and immerse themselves in unique cultural experiences.

Among the scheduled activities, on Thursday, November 14, the exhibition De Agua by Ana Sánchez will open, showcasing an exploration of the relationship between art and water as a symbol of transformation and life. As a special closing event of this edition, on Saturday, November 16, at 12 noon, the performance Connected Silence will be presented in the main gallery, inspired by the work of Nanon Morsink and the interview Terror on the Networks by Jordi Évole. This performance offers a visual and auditory reflection on the duality of social networks: do they connect us or trap us? In a world where technology promises to bring us closer, [your name] explores the limits of that connection, entangling themselves in a web that gradually becomes both a support and a snare. We invite you to experience this in the Isolina Arbulu gallery, where the body, silence, and connection intertwine in a space filled with tension and vulnerability, accompanying the closing of Nanon Morsink’s exhibition.

Marbella Gallery Weekend invites locals and visitors alike to experience the city’s dynamic artistic offerings, underscoring its growing influence in the contemporary art landscape.
