Javier de Juan, Nanon Morsink, Aixa Portero, Jaime Velázquez, Isabelle Marie Poirier TROYANO.
For our fifth participation in the Estampa fair, we put forward a proposal that explores the tensions between urban life, nature, and the everyday through works by five artists who use diverse techniques such as oil, polyvinyl, and textile art. Javier de Juan reflects urban chaos with mythological characters, while Jaime Velázquez explores the disconnect between reality and fiction. Nanon Morsink critiques consumerism through textiles, Aixa Portero offers "visual poetry" inspired by nature, and Marie Isabelle Poirer explores ikigai using textile techniques. The exhibition invites reflection on contemporary challenges.
